XLIFF Translator With Tags, Context, and Structure Preserved

Upload a single .xlf / .xliff file or a full ZIP localization package. The AI pipeline translates every segment in context, preserves inline tags and placeholders, and rebuilds the translated package in the exact same structure, ready to import back into your authoring tool.

What the XLIFF pipeline handles

XLIFF 1.2 and 2.x

Both version families are supported. Keep each job to one version family, and do not mix 1.2 and 2.x files in a single upload.

Single files and ZIP packages

Upload a single .xlf, .xliff, or .xlif file, or a ZIP package containing multiple XLIFF files alongside associated assets.

Inline tags and placeholders

Format markers, variable references, cross reference tags, and other inline codes are carried through and reproduced in the translated output unchanged.

Package structure intact

The rebuilt translated ZIP follows the same file hierarchy as your source upload, with the same folder structure, the same filenames, and translated content inside.

Segment level QA report

Every job includes a QA report that flags segments requiring review, including units that appear over translated or under translated, length anomalies, and placeholder mismatches.

25+ target languages

German, French, Spanish, Japanese, Chinese, Korean, Arabic, Hindi, Portuguese, Dutch, Polish, and more. The full list appears in the language selector.

What you receive when the job completes

Translated ZIP package

Primary output. The translated XLIFF files in the same structure as your original upload, ready to import into your authoring tool.

Manifest and model (JSON)

A structured record of job content and segmentation used during processing.

QA report (JSON)

Segment level quality flags. Review before importing.

All files are saved to your account and available for download for 7 days.
